Abstract

This paper deals with the concept of Cultural Marxism. The term itself is controversial, given that there is no consensus whether it is a system of ideas and beliefs that is dominant today or whether it is a conspiracy theory promoted by conservative authors. The Frankfurt School theorists, especially after moving to the United States, defined certain ideas that had a great influence on the Left from 1968 to the present. Across Europe and the United States there are numerous examples of legal solutions that can be linked to these teachings. In this paper, special attention is focused on the attitudes of political correctness, family, Christianity and globalism. While these ideas have been present in Western countries in recent decades, they are increasingly present in Serbia as well.
