PROPERTY STRUCTURE AS THE BASIS OF A STRONG STATE, AN EXAMPLE OF FRANCE

This piece of work consists of three parts. In the first part - „Introduction”, a reflection on the development of property rights and its influence on the state's power, was made chronologically through history. The Hellenic Age, Old Greece, Old Rome, New century. By highlighting the views of the most famous thinkers as an introduction to the study of property rights in France. The aim of the research is to stimulate and expand knowledge of property rights at the time of structural changes in our country.
The second part - „Property law in France” includes changes and development of property rights in France, as well as the impact of the ownership structure of the state, from the time of ancient Rome to the twentieth century. And the changes caused by the revolution of 1789.
In the third part - „Conclusion”, the results of historical, legal, economic and sociological consideration of ownership rights were made, attitudes of ancient thinkers on this issue confirmed, as well as the importance of the average farmer of the household and the respect of the economic principle of efficiency in the French state in the exercise of property rights.
