TEORIJSKI DOPRINOSI GABRIJELA TARDA SOCIOLOGIJI ORGANIZACIJA: OD TEORIJE IMITACIJE KA IDEJI IZOMORFIZMA ORGANIZACIJA

Рад представља покушај проналаска одређених теоријских доприноса Габријела Тарда социологији организација. Анализа почиње разумевањем друштвеног контекста из којег израста овај теоретичар, да би се схватили узроци његове маргинализације током живота, али и раст интересовања за његову теорију у последњих двадесетак година. Након тога, објашњава се Тардово схватање друштва које је важно за разумевање његових теорија, али које на специфичан начин може да буде веома интересантно за социологију организација. И коначно, приказано је неоинституционалистичко схватање изоморфизма које у својој основи садржи одређене елементе Тардове теорије имитације, као и његово схватање односа рада и слободног времена, а која представљају директан допринос социологији рада и социологији организација. Основна претпоставка рада јесте да у социологији постоји потреба да се скрене пажња на неке готово заборављене идеје класичних теоретичара. Таква потреба произилази из тежње социологије, као и социологије организација, за формирањем нових концепата и нових приступа у сагледавању друштва, односно организације.
