ANTISEMITSKA LEGISLATIVA U NACISTIČKOJ NEMAČKOJ

Период Другог светског рата и Холокауста предмет је анализе и различитих виђења многих истраживача из ове области. Доминантан број истраживања тиче се узрока и последица Другог светског рата на светску и посебно јеврејску заједницу као највише пострадалу током овог рата. Са друге стране мали број аутора бавио се правним изворима страдања и прогона јеврејске заједнице. Аутори у раду указују на антисемитску легислативу донету непосредно након доласка Хитлера на власт и током Другог светског рата. Указује се на преко 400 правних ограничења која су наметнута јеврејској заједници у нацистичкој Немачкој и државама које су гравитирале ка Силама осовине. Аутори тумаче поједине одредбе и приказују какве су оне имале импликације на јеврејску заједницу. У завршним разматрањима закључују да је антисемитска легислатива представљала увод у прогоне и давала легалитет, а самим тим оправдања и легитимитет за покренуте процесе уништења јеврејске заједнице.
